According to Legend, There is a Volocasal that resides in the Earth's Core. It emits a Wave of Heat So Strong that it is what warms magma, it created fire. It is said to be the 2nd pokemon born after the creators of the Universe, It is also said to have released water from a unknown dimension. It is said to have 7 eyes. It's 7th being it's eye of pureness, used to look into one another's heart. This pokemon is said to be the strongest pokemon after Galethan. The legendary Dragon, that was born third into  the universe.

I actually have to deny this for 2 major reasons:

1) Legendaries cannot have chains.
