*o, and welcome to the Lugia Cup signup thread! This is where you will sign up fr the competitive play tournament! In signing up, you agree upon the following things:
You will play and finish your match in 48 hours.
You will abide to the rules.
You will not cause any harm to another player. You CAN hurt their pokemon, because thats the whole idea.
Failure to comply could lead to a technical warning, a ban from the Wireless Room, a ban from the Forum, oir multiple depending on the severity of the case.
