I found a map {Topic Link} and asked the creator if i could use the region on this site.

Kusarno Region i think they called it...

I also have seen his work there to and you know there is one city in particular that i think would be a great place fot Team X.

Hey there, I'm very sorry I've taken so long to get back to you but I've been busy with other stuff and it seems I don't get updates from serebiiforums anymore. Anyways, if you still need a region, please feel free to use the Kusarno region in your project =D Hope to see my region going to good use in the future. All I ask is for (apart from credit =P ) is that you keep the name Kusarno, and the town and city names as well =) Anyhoo, shall hopefully be hearing from you in the future.
