found only by when this unnamed evil group of people (little kid words ) do dna tests on kids 2 and younger with pokemon dna, the kids are then filled with such hate and fury that they turn into Destouy, though they may not turn imidiatly(fail sp) into one, the main symtom(sp) is loss of memory at a young age. 99.999999999% stay a Destouy, the other percent can calm down and return to normal.

o and Destouy kill all humans they meet.

That, and when they realize that they're electric/ground, it grounds itself and dies.

o and they have all stats at max, a 1hitKO move cant even kill it. (itll do about 10 - 20 damage...and they all hold a healing item kinda like leftovers)
