To receive this A-OK Mail, start  Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time or
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness.
Select "Friend Rescue," then select "Get Help," and then select "Receive A-OK
Mail."
Connect to the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

You may want to send back a Thank-You Mail in the game to show your gratitude to
your rescuer!
